On part 1, i was explaining about our readiness,
I've shared our budget and itinerary on part 1, you can checkout the details on the link below:
Travelogue Korea 6D5N (RM2.5K): Part 1, Readiness
part 2 onwards i will only be sharing photos and our experience throughout the journey.
so here goes nothing..
Our flight from KLIA 2 to Busan airport was scheduled on 1 am malaysia's time,
we all arrived at KLIA 2 around 10.30 pm,
excited kot nak pegi.. semangat datang awal...
Disebabkan masih awal lagi, kitorg melepak la kat KFC sambil cuba try test GoPro abg naily yg kitorg pinjam utk dibawa ke sana..
And as expected from GoPro, gambar mmg cantik..
KFC tu x habis pon, so aq bawak ayam yg x habis tu pegi Korea..
Lepas melepak kat KFC for an hour, kitorg pon bergerak la pergi ke departure hall..
and wait again..
Around 12.55 kitorg dah bergerak masuk ke dalam flight, and bbrp minit kemudian the flight takes off..
Since upon arrival, kitorg teros nak bergerak pergi gyeongju.. kitorg dah siap add on breakfast..
dont expect much on the food taste... makan asal kenyang... masa dalam flight tu mmg ngantuk gila.. walopon seat xdelah selesa sangat.. tido macam org pengsan gak.. sampai masa flight attendance tanya pasal breakfast kitorg nak pukul brp pon mcm mamai2 je jawab (naily la yg jawab bila flight attendance tu tanya sbb die paling hujung)...
the night scenery upon our departure |
Ok.. so nak ke gyeongju guesthouse yg kitorg dah book
all the expenses dah di explain kat dalam excel file yg aq share kat part 1...
perjalanan dari airport nak ke gyeongju ambil masa dalam satu jam setengah... dalam bas tu i was half asleep and half admiring the scenery outside... dalam hati macam caya x caya je dah smpai korea...
sampai2 je kitorg teros cari tourist information sbb nak tanya the earliest bus from gyeongju to singyeongju station sbb esok pagi kitorg nak naik KTX pergi seoul..
infront of the tourist information center |
sebelom gi destinasi seterosnye, kitorg nak check in dulu kat guesthouse. payah gak nak mengangkut barang time jalan2 kan?. so disebabkan malas nak tggu bus, kitorg naik teksi je gi guesthouse dri bus station ni. x mahal sangat pon taxi fare nye sbb dekat..

cerita sedih ringkas: in this picture, this was the last time i'm holding my phone. |
dalam bas amek gambar lepas sedar phone tertinggal kat bus stop. masih mampu tersenyum. herher. |
Around half an hour to 45 minutes we arrived at our first destination, bulguksa. Bulguksa ni mcm temple. Tempatnye very relaxing and nyaman je udara kat sana. Rasa tenang and since it was summer, all the greens really stand out making the scenery more breathtaking. I'm just going to share some of the pictures taken at this place as below.
Belakang tu tandas, bukan temple |
front gate |
thats the temple. tpi x boleh naik tangga tu. kene lalu jalan lain. |
belakang tu bell. but its not ringing anymore. |
Kitorg x spend lama sangat kat sini. just jalan2 enjoying the view. Then, bergerak balik ke guesthouse with the same bus masa kitorg pergi. sampai guesthouse, kitorg solat, sambung tido, and lepastu bersiap2 utk gi gyeongju downtown yang ada daerungweon tomb, anapji pond n cheomsongdae observatory. semua tempat2 tu dekat2, so kitorg jalan kaki je utk gi tempat2 tu. tpi utk sampai kat area tu, kitorg naik teksi.
1st stop is daerungwon tomb. tempat ni adalah makam raja dorg zaman dulu. kalo nampak bonggol2 tanah tu adalah makam dorg. Eventho i dont really understand kenapa nak kene guna tanah seluas2nya utk kubur, tapi at least tempat die cantik and terjaga.
yup, belakang tu kubur, |
nice pond |
beautiful pavement |

oh ye, salah satu keistimewaan gyeongju adalah gyeongju bread die. inti kacang merah, and tepung luar die dibuat dari barley flour. sedap! ingat nak try audition utk CF gyeongju bread ni la.. |
metugi aka belalang. |
3rd stop is anapji pond. this pond was constructed long time ago surrounded by palaces n the night scenery was amazing. unfortunately for us, it was raining heavily when we arrived there. we still get to enjoy the scenery but i think it will be much better if it didnt rain. nonetheless, it was still amazing!

Setelah penat berjalan, we decided to go back to our guesthouse. we then had our dinner at the guesthouse pantry. there are some locals there having dinner also and we exchange our greetings and few words with them (in korean). They thought that we are student since naily's korean was so good. haha. they was very nice and offers us some grapes that we couldn't finish. Malam tu dinner kitorg maggi yang dibawa dari malaysia je. lena je tido malam tu sbb gyeongju ni mcm rural area sikit. so udara kat sana sangat fresh and x sesak macam dekat seoul and busan. X ramai tourist yang akan dtg sini, but if you travelling from busan to seoul and looking for a place to visit between them, i highly recommended this place. #tryinghardtobegyeongjuambassador
grapes that offered by the locals. it was quite sour but nice. |
